process overview
We delight in creating one of a kind designs for your event. We will begin with a quick phone call to learn about your design and needs. Following this, you will receive a custom design deck. With approval, we will send along a rental agreement for signature and reservation of pieces. Reservation of pieces is confirmed with a signed rental agreement and 50% non - refundable retainer.

Once a custom proposal is approved, pieces are reserved for your event with a signed rental agreement and 50% non - refundable retainer.
CUSTOMIZATION MINIMUMS
For customization of pieces, including paint, vinyl and custom builds, a minimum general rental of $5,000 before fees is required.
Full custom builds are priced based on labor, materials and timing needed. Please inquire for specific needs.

Our rental minimum is based on delivery distance from 33605 & 43228 and begins at $2,000 before 15% maintenance fee, tax and delivery.

rental delivery
Based in Tampa, FL & Columbus, OH, Vivant Event Rentals delivers across the state of Florida, the Southeast up to Northern Michigan. Delivery fees are custom to each proposal and are based on location, venue restrictions, final pieces and delivery and strike times. Local delivery begins at $400 and includes full set up, placement of all details and break down.
We value our crew and pay them a livable wage. The service they provide is labor - intensive and includes long hours. Thank you for understanding we do not profit off our delivery fees. They are a reflection of our care and commitment to our incredible team.

Vivant Event Rentals provides lifestyle event furnishings, including heavy couches, custom bars and high - end accessories. These items require extra care when transporting. For this reason, approval of will call orders is limited. Please inquire regarding your specific needs.

Our warehouse is a true working warehouse. We do not provide tours without an appointment or a proposal started. We are kid and pet friendly. Please let us know prior to arrival so we can accommodate the littles.
