A blue and white chinoiserie wedding designed by Blair Events celebrates the classic Port Royal Club in Naples, Florida. Undeterred by the Florida heat and humidity, our couple celebrated their wedding and July 4th weekend with family and friends from across the Southeast.
Our bride fell head over heels for her groom and with a Schumacher fabric, serving as the foundation of the wedding design. Using this elegant fabric on custom bar fronts and pillows on the lounge created cohesion between the dining room and patio. Following the wedding, the fabric found its way to the bride’s new home.
With lounges and bars inside, but overlooking the water, guests enjoyed the beach, sunset and sky without breaking a sweat.
Stunning and lush flower arrangements adorned every surface. White orchids, white roses and greenery hung from chandeliers and surrounded the cake table. Flower garland covered dining tables and stretched above guests. Lemon – filled blue and white chinoiserie vases brought in nature and a fun pop of color.
Personal details are important to every wedding. Our bride chose to combine our lounge pieces with vintage chairs from her mother. A classic chinoiserie painting hung behind the cake. Cookies showed the face of their sweet pup. Monogrammed cocktail napkins and ice sculptures added detail to the bars. And the best personal surprise? Elsa and Anna’s appearance on the dance floor to the delight of their daughter.
