A whimsical blush wedding at Haus 820 designed by Ashton Events blends the timeless and the modern at this stylish venue in Lakeland, Florida. A styled shoot turned into an intimate wedding of a dear friend of planner, Laura Shannon. The bride, who works for Ashton Events, joked about using the shoot as their wedding. It was a great idea and the entire event was planned in just a few weeks.
Guests arrive to the wedding and immediately are surrounded by beautiful draping from the 20 foot ceilings. Nuage linen tables welcome guests. Romantic blush tones blend with bold burgundy and orange tones to define the space. The color palette is unique, bold and still airy.
Our bold, purple, Mossa Couch and Grenoble chairs balance the large space with a lounge across from the welcome sign. Before dinner and cocktails, guests gather for the ceremony under white draping and greenery. Clear vases and pillar candles line the aisle with a burgundy runner.
After the ceremony, guests enjoy cocktails in the open and modern space. Light comes in through industrial windows. Glassware, flatware and china from Treasury Rentals decorate the tables and help Nuage’s new linen shine.
Inviting guests to relax, the lounge has globes as a nod to the groom being a pilot.
