Designing a wedding on an island requires more than beautiful rentals. It requires a team that understands logistics, custom fabrication, and on-site execution at the highest level. For this Anna Lucia Island celebration, we served as a full-service rental and styling partner, overseeing everything from custom builds to offshore delivery and installation.
Every piece was selected, transported, and placed with intention, ensuring the final experience felt seamless, elevated, and entirely at home within the island setting.
Island events come with inherent challenges: limited access, tight delivery windows, and the need for precise coordination. For this wedding, we managed the full logistics plan, including transporting furniture and custom elements by barge.
This level of planning ensured that nothing about the design felt compromised by the setting. From arrival to installation, our team handled the complexities behind the scenes, allowing the design to unfold effortlessly onshore.

At the center of the celebration stood a custom-designed large oval bar, created exclusively by us for this event. Named the Ana Bar, this bespoke piece was designed to anchor the layout while serving as both a functional gathering point and a sculptural statement.
The oval form encouraged movement and connection, mirroring the natural curves of the shoreline. Custom builds like the Ana Bar are a hallmark of our approach, transforming challenging environments into fully realized, one-of-a-kind experiences.

We curated the dining layout using a combination of Caelyn and Isla Dining Tables, paired with Lennon Dining Chairs and Ava Bentwood Chairs. This mix created visual depth while maintaining a cohesive, refined aesthetic.
Layered textures, including Bluffton Natural Rugs, grounded the dining spaces and helped define the layout within the open-air setting. Each element worked together to balance structure, comfort, and natural beauty.

Beyond dining, we designed and installed lounge environments that encouraged guests to relax and engage with the setting. Angelica Banquettes and Avalon Benches were paired with sculptural pieces like the Seema and Maeve Coffee Tables, along with Kaila and Mena Side Tables for functional styling.
Shasta Umbrellas provided both shade and architectural interest, while each lounge vignette was placed to maintain flow and visual continuity across the island.

This Anna Lucia Island wedding highlights our ability to deliver full-scale, destination-ready event design, even in the most logistically demanding locations. Through custom craftsmanship, detailed planning, and hands-on execution, we transformed a remote island into a cohesive, elevated celebration, proving that when design and logistics are handled by the same team, the result is both seamless and unforgettable.
Let’s create something extraordinary together, wherever your vision takes you!
